Since Assas has started as a specialized concrete products manufacturer, it was one of the most important priorities to fulfill its clients’ needs and to comply with the requirements of the local and the international standards like ASTM and BS. Our team of engineers has been working on setting the highest standards in order to assure the quality of products and to achieve customer satisfaction.

Our lab performs daily and periodic tests for the entire product in order to maintain the best quality and to assure continuous check up on the products and production lines.

Some of our daily and periodic tests:

• Raw material Visual inspection and sampling for applying moisture content, density, and material passing through sieve 200µm tests
• Products testing for resistance against compressive and transversal strength and splitting test, as well as water adsorption and dry density tests
• Sieve analysis, bulk density analysis, specific gravity analysis, LA absorption, flakiness and elongation tests, sulfate/chloride content and pH tests… etc
